Predicting Reliability by Weibull Plottings
Kilovac's K81 series of relays offer designers the flexibility of printed circuit board mounting. High voltage relay connections are directly on the board or to high voltage flying leads. With a new rating of 10 kV and capable of carrying 10 amps , the K81 series can serve a wide range of high voltage applications. Failsafe, latching, and SPDT versions are available and we will be happy to provide special terminations on request.
Figure 40 shows the predicted life of K81 series relays making and breaking a resistive load. Since circuit conditions vary widely, this information should be considered a general guide only. Please contact your Kilovac Sales Representative or the factory with your design requirements.
